Communication data: Records of correspondence when you contact us via email, phone, or the website contact form, including the content of messages and any attachments.
We use your personal data for the following legitimate business purposes:
Order fulfilment: Processing quotation requests, confirming orders, arranging shipment, generating invoices, and managing payment records.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted within India. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all website communications. Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials using AES-256-GCM encryption. Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only. Regular security updates and monitoring of our server infrastructure. Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 8 years from the date of the transaction, as required under Indian tax and corporate laws (Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act).
Quotation and enquiry data: Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction, after which it is archived or deleted.
Service ticket records: Retained for 5 years from resolution to support warranty claims and product quality tracking.
Website analytics data: Retained in aggregated, anonymised form. Individual session data is purged within 90 days.
Upon expiry of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with you.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
